The app makes things more complicated than seamless ordering. Ex no offers shared on the app, so you can order before leaving home and it's ready for pickup by the time you reach kitchens. Says this on the app "Please walk into the outlet to order this product as it is currently not available for online ordering." So what's the point? You can't order in the kitchen or the concierge, they make you download this app and then do it. Imagine forgetting your phone... kitchens will not let you order!

I really don't like the way they ha e made the process. Though they have entitled many food joints but pathetic process of payment. You need to place order to any food counter. They will give one digital number on paper. Then go to Payne to counter at downstairs, do the payment the go back to counter and collect your order. What an old-fashioned way and painful management specially for customer.

Very poorly developed app. Lots and lots of bugs like my order section doesn't show anything, not able to pay through Sodexo card, support button not working, nowhere they've mail ID or contact details. Most of the time, no one is there to assist during pickup. Difficult to identify between veg amd non veg items based on color. Veg items are also written in red. Lot of rush at pickup place, no one is wearing mask properly inside kitchen. A lot of delivery guys pushing each other outside.
