Great game. Lots of good QoL updates over the years. Always fun to reset after putting in a few months/years worth of progress. I love the length of the gameplay and that it lets you take breaks and come back right where you left off. If you want a game with ui that is easy-on-the-eyes, progression that is slow building and can take years, and the constant rush of numbers going up, kittens game is the best.

I'm enjoying this quite a bit! It has a nice balance of idle progression and manual management which keeps things engaging, but I feel fine closing it and coming back later if I want. Worth far more than the price, and has no microtransactions or ads. Updated review to 5* after seeing that the scaling was finally fixed on my pixel 6! That was my only real issue with the game. Absolutely recommend, it's still my favorite incremental idle game and has kinda ruined all others for me lol

Requires an outrageous amount of active attention for an idle game. Can only bank two hours of progress, and most of your resource caps are too small to even last that long. You need to be checking in on it more than once an hour to make any progress at all, and that's before you unlock star charts which are basically golden cookies but mandatory for progress. At that point you're almost required to be actively watching at all times, or you stall completely. Which defeats the whole point.
