Description by VoigTech (from Google Play)

Kiwipot keeps your voice notes, notes and tasks in one place, on your phone and offline too.

VOICE NOTES THAT KEEP RECORDING
• Tap Record and put your phone in your pocket: Kiwipot keeps recording with the screen off or another app open.
• Pause, resume, or stop and save, right from the notification.
• Play it back on its waveform: tap to jump, go back 10 seconds, listen at 1×, 1.5× or 2×.
• Start a new voice note from your notes, or record straight into the note you are writing.

NOTES AND TASKS
• Write notes with headings, lists, checklists, pictures, videos and files.
• Keep them in folders, pin the ones you need most and archive the rest.
• Add tasks with due dates and tick them off.
• The calendar shows each day: the tasks due, and the notes you wrote on it or about it.
• Share a note by email or publish it with a link.

LOCKED NOTES
• Lock a note, or a whole folder, behind a 4-digit PIN, and open it with your fingerprint.
• Locked notes show only their title in lists and search.

WORKS OFFLINE
• Write, record and organize without a connection: Kiwipot syncs when you are back online.
• No account needed: without one, everything stays on your phone.
• Sign in to sync across your devices, and use Kiwipot in your browser at kiwipot.com.

Comments on Kiwipot: Voice notes & diary for Android

★★★★☆ Manju Negi · May 20, 2024

Decent app but it should have speed control feature while listening to the recording. I generally listen to my audios in 1.5 or more speed, please developers add this feature and this app will be perfect.

★★★★★ Nuno Horta · Jan 30, 2022

Great app, really good to keep your audio recordings!

★★★★★ Anaïs · Jun 26, 2024

I love this app, but I recommend adding an option for you to choose between adding a PIN code

★★★★★ __ SAMALLAMA__ · Aug 28, 2024

This is good, but where are the files stored besides the app? Can we back it up or sync in to our other devices too?

★★☆☆☆ clone 26 · Jan 16, 2021

Audio cut out I couldn't hear the rest of my audio

★☆☆☆☆ Nasreddine EL Guezar · Aug 15, 2024

You can add audios only if you have enough tokens which you get only after watching ad videos inside the app. Makes it a real pain to use this app.

★☆☆☆☆ Arpan saha · Mar 28, 2025

Marketed as free app but it actually isn't. Each voice cost you 2 coins, out of 10 free coins presented upfront. After expiry of all coins I presume, one is forced to purchase premium plan or shate data.
