Klang.ai: AI Meeting Notes

Record any conversation, anywhere. Klang turns it into a transcript, a summary, and a list of decisions and action items you can use straight away.

Meetings, phone calls, interviews and voice notes. Klang records them wherever you are, transcribes them in minutes, and syncs everything to your workspace so you and your team can keep working with what was said.

■ Record anywhere
One tap captures the meeting in the room or a thought on the move. No laptop needed. Recordings made offline upload by themselves once you are back online, so a weak signal never costs you the conversation.

■ Transcripts you can trust
Multilingual transcription with automatic speaker identification, built on our own speech models rather than third-party APIs. Swedish, Norwegian and Danish are unusually strong, and accented speech, crosstalk and background noise are handled far better than a phone's built-in voice recorder.

■ Summaries the moment you stop
Key points, decisions and action items are ready as soon as the recording ends. Instead of a wall of text, you get meeting minutes you can send. The write-up that used to take 30 minutes takes one read-through.

■ Phone calls, transcribed
Record incoming and outgoing calls through Klang's call-in service. The call is ready to read, search and share by the time you hang up. Useful when the agreement that matters was made on the phone.

■ Find anything anyone said
"Who said that, and when?" Search every conversation in your workspace and get the quote back with the speaker and the timestamp. Recordings stop being an archive nobody opens and become something your team can actually use.

■ One place for every conversation
Recordings land in your Klang workspace, where you and your team can search, organize, share and build on them from any browser. Group them into folders, add files and documents alongside them, and run analysis across a whole case at once.
