★★☆☆☆ I've been using this app for over 2 years. All of my payments were made on time and I had built up my purchase power to almost $400. It had been almost a year since I used the app and when I attempted to purchase some beauty products yesterday I was denied for any payment plan and my purchase power was $0 due to running my credit report. Even though I had made all my payments on time for the past 2 years. I see others have had the same issue and like them, I will look for a better app.

★★☆☆☆ My bank thought my payments were fraud, so they declined it. Soon as I confirmed the payment was legit it went through, but Klarna still held it against me & frooze my acct. They out source their support, so I can't get some1 who speaks English to fix it. Never missed a payment or paid late & now my spending power is gone. Reply. Already msged CS through the app. The reps did nothing. Said there's nothing they can do that I just have to wait. I will pay off my balance & close my account.
