Can't register in the app, why would I need an ACCOUNT for a book?? Stop this madness with stealing personal data when it's not needed!!! I registered through a website since a person commented on it here, you didn't even explain it, but it doesn't let me log it, tried asking for a "forgot password" email, it is not coming 😠 very annoying, app was all fine before your greed. We already paid for the book, what else do you need?! Just giving us a headache!!

Very disappointing system. They don't allow copy the text to use dictionary and has no inbuilt dictionary neither. Almost no interesting feature at all, only highlighting. I had purchased this on Blink Learning and after a while I noticed I had access to only 3 chapters, I emailed them, and I was being passed like a soccer ball between Blink Learning and Klett learning till someone finally created a new account. But the worst part is that you pay €23, to rent the book for 1 years disgusting

Edit 2: Apparently they have another platform called alango where you can download the audios for your book without subscribing to their ads. This is so convoluted. I didn't know it existed, I just stumbled on it by chance. ------ Edit: They require you to consent to their marketing and personalization mails in order to download the audio files for your book. This is crazy. ------ Awful app. Cannot log in on the phone, even after resetting my password.
