There is no detailed information in the application. I've tried to contact customer service, they said drying using their blower is only 70% and said to dry it by myself or dry it in the sun while it is raining heavily here. Not a recommended service.

The app is smooth, but the service (2.75M IDR for 88m2 deep cleaning) lacks consistency. Out of 4 helpers, only one was great. Others missed basic spots or "mended" a broken rack without telling me. CS was unresponsive regarding lunch/scope questions and sent a broken feedback link. One-star rating for the whole experience is unfair; the app, CS, and individual helpers need separate reviews. At this price, "Deep Cleaning" shouldn't require me to micromanage or fix missed windows

I am a long term customer, and this app suddenly ruined it services, with additional payment and when I refund it refund to their klikwallet and then now it lacks a few thousand because I need to choose gender. And if i want to choose gender I need to add fund to the Qlik wallet and with the minimum fund 50k when I just need a few thousand. Very inconvenient... Other apps adds no charge to choose gender, it just they are lacking things, but they add it to the customer.
