I purchased Add removal but the adds are still there constantly. I want a refund, otherwise you can fix the bug if it is a bug

Pay to win. You get generic random characters and have to upgrade, so they're more powerful...until you hit the pay wall in the game. When you reach world 5, you'll be forced to use the "free" premium characters that are given since they're more powerful. So to upgrade them to more than 1 star, it means you'll need to play the game for months to grind similar class of these premium characters or pay money. Fun while it lasted. Too bad it's pay to win. Uninstalled the app.
