Please purchase 10 more racks of servers to host these games on. Nobody wants this app to freeze in the middle of playoff hockey. Repeated freezing 10x or more just in the first period.

App works fine on newest O.S. and Roku TV. The main issue is that it makes you log in once a week. It should always be logged in on Roku TV at the very least. It can be annoying when you try to watch the game, and then it needs the username and password.

Glitchy. When you cast from the app it freezes at every single commercial break. Their customer care should be called "customer no-care"

2 years. 2 developers. 1 HORRIBLE app. This thing can't cast content for more than 3 mins before crashing. Pausing, buffering, crashing while casting. When you pay $70 to see the games but can't due to this garbage app, it's easier to just illegally stream.

The frequent buffering throughout the game is incredibly frustrating. It seems to buffer more frequently in the commercial breaks but still buffers plenty of times during the game. I watch through a fire stick. Reading other reviews, that seems to be a common issue, but it's the only way I can get the app on my Samsung TV. We pay way too much to have this many issues with this app, but I love watching the Knights and unfortunately there aren't a lot of other options. Please fix this!
