KnitHelp: Crochet & Amigurumi

We made KnitHelp for everyone who wants to start crocheting but doesn't know where to begin. Every pattern is taught step by step in video lessons, from how to hold the hook to how to hide the last stitch.

★ STEP-BY-STEP VIDEO LESSONS
Each pattern is split into short parts. Watch, pause, rewind. Slow down the playback when your hands are busy and turn on subtitles in your language. In landscape full screen, the hook fills the whole screen.

★ TECHNIQUES ONE BY ONE
Single crochet, magic ring, chain, double crochet, slip stitch, invisible decrease, increase, popcorn stitch... Every technique has its own video, and the technique videos are free. Stuck in the middle of a pattern? Jump to the technique with one tap and come back right where you left off.

★ WRITTEN PATTERNS
Prefer reading? Written patterns go round by round, and you tap each round as you finish it, so you never lose your place. Stitch abbreviations open their technique video, and every pattern shows roughly how long it takes. Some patterns are completely free.

★ EVERYTHING ON THE PATTERN PAGE
Every written pattern opens with a photo of the model. Materials, yarn amount, the list of parts and the estimated time are all on the first page. Every term in the pattern comes with its meaning and a short explanation, and techniques with a video are one tap away.

★ CREATE YOUR OWN PATTERN
Describe what you want to crochet or add a photo, and get a pattern with its pieces, rounds and stitch counts. Don't like a part? Fix it with one tap.

★ A PATTERN FOR YOUR YARN
When you create a pattern, pick your yarn: fine, medium, bulky or velvet. Stitch counts and sizes are worked out for it, and if you know your gauge, you can add that too.

★ CROCHET ASSISTANT
Something not working out? Take a photo and describe the problem. The assistant looks at your work, explains what went wrong and brings up the right technique video.

★ ASK ABOUT THE ROW YOU'RE ON
Confused by a row? Tap "Ask about this row". The Crochet Assistant already knows which pattern and which row you're on, so you don't have to explain everything.

★ YOUR LIBRARY
Every pattern you start is saved in your library, and you continue from the exact second you stopped. Add favorites and find them in one place.

★ NEW AND POPULAR
In Patterns, New shows our latest additions and Popular shows what people have looked at most in recent days, written patterns included. Can't decide what to make? Start here.

★ FROM TECHNIQUE TO PATTERN
When you finish a technique video, the patterns that use that technique are right there. Try what you've just learned on a real project.

★ WHAT WILL YOU MAKE?
Amigurumi toys, baby items, hats and scarves, bags, blankets, granny squares and home decor. New patterns are added regularly.

★ WHO IS IT FOR?
• Complete beginners who have never crocheted
• Crocheters who want to polish their technique
• Anyone who wants to finish a forgotten project
• Anyone who wants to make a handmade gift

★ IN YOUR LANGUAGE
The app, subtitles and written patterns are available in English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Hindi, Arabic, Persian and Turkish.

★ NO ADS
No ads pop up in the middle of a video. You're never interrupted while learning.

★ KITS AND YARN
Our crochet kits (with a QR code that unlocks the pattern's videos for life) and our yarn are currently shipped within Turkey only.

SUBSCRIPTION
Full access to pattern videos, written patterns, pattern creation and the crochet assistant comes with a subscription. Choose monthly or yearly; the yearly plan is clearly better value. There is a free trial: cancel before it ends and you won't be charged. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled; you can manage it at any time in Google Play > Subscriptions.
