Won't even let you register for a new account, just asks for existing email/password

I'm having the same issue. Installed it and no clear way to register. So I went online and registered there. The site told me it would send an email with further instructions. No email received. Not in inbox or spam. Tried logging in. Nope can't do that either. Tried to re-register. Says I already have an account.
