This used to be a great app, but now it's been infected by gen Slop "A.I.", which is actually just "Atrophied Intelligence", "Actually Idiotic", "Artificial Idiocy", "Advanced Incompetence". Take your pick; It's all brain-rot.

Frustrating app. Displays magic growing rope with 1 end and not how a knot is tied in the real world. Knot names / list are meaningless. What is needed is list of real uses and knots to accomplish that. Eg: Search for "tie shoes" shows 0. I don't care what the knot is called or what category it might be in. App doesn't teach real world problem-solving.

This was a 5-star, must-have app that's been ruined by the stupid addition of an LLM that inflates the size while providing no value at all. A simple list of suggested knots would do everything that the LLM is supposed to do without the need to figure out how to frame the question. If there's anyone so hopeless that they can't find a knot with a decent table of contents, they're probably going to screw up tying the knot anyway.
