Works occasionally. Keeps kicking the live stream due to a geo-block????

I have not used the app in some time, so I downloaded the latest app. I am unable to listen to it as it tells me. The app is Geo location blocked. I have been through all the settings and do not have any of my applications. Geo-blocked. When I open Google Maps, it shows precisely where I am. It will play the opening advertisement fine, then locks up after that point.
