Had my Kobo account for many years, I have a Kobo ereader, that stopped working and won't let me reconnect, so I have used my mobile since then for about 4 years, suddenly having hugh problems. All my kobo points have disappeared, tried everything, help from Kobo. Nothing has worked. Uninstalled and reinstalled as suggested, nothing. New bought books points are not updating, read so far then book won't open. So very disappointed 😞 I will install again, fingers crossed 🤞

I have always found the books I want. I also have Kobo plus. I get audio or ebooks to read and return for a small monthly fee. I listen to the audiobooks in the car. My Kobo reader is easy to throw in my purse, but I also have the app on my phone. Good value.

The audio application is not ideal. Showing chapters, bookmarks...not as easy or effective as competitors

App is totally broken. I love my ereader, but sometimes it'd be easier to search for books in this app. But nothing works. Links are broken, can't browse any of the categories. Sometimes my book library will not load, or sometimes nothing loads at all and crashes. Tried reinstalling and it didn't fix it

The search in the app is laughably bad. Takes forever, and the results are completely irrelevant. On the website it's even worse. A book that clearly exists (because a link to it appears when searching on Google) is nowhere to be found when searching directly on the kobo store website. And why do the filters default to the local language when the title being searched is clearly in English? It's the absolute bare minimum functionality for an online store, so how can you not get it right?
