★★☆☆☆ Kogan is great for discount prices etc., however their customer service has been nothing but below standards, I had a faulty item, I showed videos etc. and showed it was a faulty remote (fire stick), no further contact from seller for replacement or part refund. Second time I needed to cancel an order, contacted within 30 minutes, told me they woul request administration approval for cancel, never cancelled, never replied and still sent item. Still no response at all to this day to rectify/resolve
