I shop at Kohl's often. I like to order online and pick it up at the store. Kohl's often has really good sales. We have used the Big One towels forever. I like their size. Big and very absorbent, but they have a lot of little strings on them. Belks towels do it also so ??? The employees at Kohl's are always willing to stop what their doing and help you. Go check them out if you never have before.

I cannot believe the gall of Kohl's. This idiotic app interrupted me while I was in the middle of an in-store pickup to beg for a rating. Per my policy, you beg for ratings, you get one star. I wish I could give you zero. Somebody's in your store trying to pick up something they've already paid for and all you're concerned with is begging for ratings. The only reason I keep my Kohl's card is hoping that Capital One converts it to a regular credit card after you deservedly go out of business.

I decided to try using the Kohl's Pay feature of the app. It literally says in the app "Apply Kohl's Cash, coupons and gift cards to your purchase with one scan". When you proceed you select whatever coupons and Kohl's cash you want to apply to your in store purchase, and it generates a QR code for them to scan. I assumed this would use any payment card from my digital wallet to pay. But you are REQUIRED to have a Kohl's credit card to use this feature, though it doesn't explain that anywhere.

A lot of fake reviews on here. This app has always been terrible, gets worse with each update. Photos really slow to load. About 15 items down the page, then it just gives up loading the photos. Almost every item I clicked on said out of stock, then wouldn't go back to search page. Had to close app, reopen the app, then start the same search all over again. If you can't find someone to fix the app, so it works, then maybe discontinue it. The absolute worst shopping experience
