The user experience is not good. Tried to upload image of rewards from Clover as instructed by restaurant staff, but end up with a permissions' error. Home screen should default to Loyalty screen, not a map of the world. Looks like there was a lack of user research and testing for this app. I don't see people participating in this program since the developer doesn't make it easy.

I added two bowls to my cart, and it will only let me see one of them, so I can't make changes to the second one added (small/medium). Fix this please. Update: second bowl in cart goes away from view when you switch over to another app and then come back. Not acceptable that I have to manually add permission to app to give it access to phone's storage. It should request that permission upon installation. Notes section in order doesn't accept near enough characters.
