Hilton requires this for QA points. It's nearly impossible to get this app connected with authorized hilton account. All the 5-star reviews look completely fake.

Where is the alert I have to check the app to find the alert. I get a text from the sender and then have to check the app. I want to see an alert in the app that will wake me up at night.

I was asked by our emergency Management team to install this app, however, when I try to set it up, I'm asked for an email, then I get a notification stating an email has been sent, but I never receive it. It says if I don't get an email to contact my help desk. . . My help desk where??
