Transfers go through instantly now, you know the money is received immediately even if the alert comes a little later. It’s smooth, no delays, no stress at all anymore. What I’d really love to see added soon is biometric approval for transfers using fingerprint or face ID instead of typing my PIN every single time would make things easier and faster, and also adding a dark theme feature.

Very nonsense app, I have done that, but it seems customer care is not serious, I sent money to my account 4 times, when I get to my email I will see pending transfer from konga, but it will never receive the money

Very bad app, please don't use kongapay app is very useless unless u want to be stranded just as I am now... imagine tra! Sfereing money and writing transaction successful without crediting the receiver, this app will make u look like a scammer

Worst bank ever all my transfer are on pending better return my money back and the customer care services is helping... very poor everything about this bank is irritating. How I wish I can write a review without rating any star at all

It was a really terrible experience using this. You have to follow up with support for everything. Even something as little as receiving a transfer into your account or sending out Money. Really disappointed to say the least. This is a 0-star experience for me
