Transfers go through instantly now, you know the money is received immediately even if the alert comes a little later. It’s smooth, no delays, no stress at all anymore. What I’d really love to see added soon is biometric approval for transfers using fingerprint or face ID instead of typing my PIN every single time would make things easier and faster, and also adding a dark theme feature.

Very bad app, please don't use kongapay app is very useless unless u want to be stranded just as I am now... imagine tra! Sfereing money and writing transaction successful without crediting the receiver, this app will make u look like a scammer

So many complain so many problems you guys are not qualified for this banking I was given a step to follow to claim my pending money sent to my account. Going to the app to follow up on the app I can't find any for the step I was told to follow up to be able to claim my pending funds and approve the payment in my account. All the agents I contacted show me some steps to follow. I keep asking myself if I have downloaded the wrong app are you guys need to work on your app👎👎👎😭
