Konntaq: Construction Manager

Konntaq is a construction management app that lets contractors run every job site from one screen, see who did what and when, and stop delays before they happen. It is built for contractors, architects and engineers, site managers and field workers. (The app interface is currently in Turkish.)

Enter your building's parcel, floor, basement and unit counts, and Konntaq prepares every task from permit to handover, floor by floor. No more spreadsheets, scattered chat messages or forgotten work.

■ SAVE TIME: YOUR TASK LIST IS READY
• Design, structural work, finishing, MEP and handover stages are generated automatically
• Repeating work is tracked separately for every floor and unit
• When the structure changes, the list updates itself and completed work is kept

■ SET UP YOUR TEAM IN MINUTES
• Invite site managers, supervisors, architects and workers via WhatsApp
• Everyone focuses only on their role and the tasks assigned to them
• No extra charge per team member

■ ASSIGN WORK, APPROVE WITH PHOTOS
• Assign tasks one by one or in bulk, with due dates
• Workers tick off steps, attach photos and documents, and submit for approval
• Site managers or contractors approve or send work back for correction
• Optionally require being on site to approve: a location check prevents fake approvals

■ SPOT PROBLEMS EARLY
• Missing materials, absent crews or weather issues are reported instantly
• Overdue and pending tasks rise to the top, so nothing slips through
• Daily and weekly summaries show what happened on site at a glance

■ AUTOMATIC QUANTITY TAKEOFF FROM FLOOR PLANS
• Upload a DWG, DXF or PDF floor plan; rooms and apartments are detected automatically
• Floor, wall and ceiling areas are calculated for every room: parquet, tiles, plaster, paint, suspended ceiling, skirting
• Use separate plans for ground, typical and roof floors and get building totals
• Adjust room types and materials yourself; totals update instantly

■ TEAM MESSAGING ON SITE
• Chat with people on the same site, share photos and files
• Task conversations stay under the related work item, so information is never lost

■ TOOLS
• Parcel and zoning lookup (Turkish land registry data)
• Floor area and building calculation with PDF report
• Web panel for desktop use: konntaq.com/panel

■ WHO IS IT FOR?
• Contractors and construction companies: track all sites in one place
• Architects and engineers: follow tasks and teams across projects
• Site managers: distribute and approve daily work
• Field workers: see assigned tasks and report with photos

■ SECURE AND TRANSPARENT
• Every user signs in with their own account and sees only authorized sites
• Data is transferred over encrypted connections
• You can delete your account in the app at any time

■ PLANS
Contractor 1 and Contractor 2 are monthly subscriptions chosen by the number of sites and blocks. An enterprise plan is available for larger companies. Invited team members are never charged.
