Had my scale for 2 years and could track all kinds of info. Then suddenly they throw up a $20/month pay wall to just use the most basic features of he scales?? How is this legal what a scumbag company. Useless app now

I bought this watch years ago. Worked with app. Then on warranty last year, got replacement watch that I could not synch/get app to work. Now it's been awhile. Recharged watch, and I can't even update the right time on my watch without paying $27/month!? It's a lie to say we can use basic functions on the watch without a subscription. Give us a way to at least set the time properly. This watch has been a headache from the start, and it is almost impossible to reach the company by email or phone

Updated review (1 year later): I’m updating my Jan 2024 review. I bought the Kore scale for its app features, but a year later, I still can’t log in. Password reset emails never arrive (not spam), and the app and website repeatedly show error messages. I signed up for a 7-day trial and then received a notice about a short renewal, yet I still can’t access anything. Support hasn’t responded. This remains unresolved and very frustrating. It's a scam, and they want $20 month subscription?!?
