KOVnet Groepsapp (BETA)

Save time on administration and keep the focus where it belongs: on the children. KOVnet is the all-in-one platform for pedagogical staff, planners and location managers in childcare centres (KDV) and out-of-school care (BSO).
From rapidly ticking off the attendance list to securely communicating with parents and viewing the BSO routes: KOVnet brings all daily tasks together in one clear and user-friendly app.
Key features:
Lightning-fast Attendance List:
Track children’s attendance in real time. With just a few taps, you register who has arrived, who has been picked up or who is absent.
Smart Transport Planning (BSO):
No more uncertainty about who is in which van. Instantly see the routes for your locations and which rides are already on the road or completed.
Easy Contact with Parents:
Keep communication lines short via the built-in, secure chat. Quickly send a message to parents to discuss something or give an update, without having to use your private number.
Digital Notebooks & Daily Reports:
Share the best moments of the day! Effortlessly write updates and share photos of activities, milestones or simply a pleasant moment via the digital notebook.
All Information in the Child Profile:
Direct access to each child’s master record. Safely and quickly view important details such as allergies, medical information, permissions and emergency contacts.
