The worst product ever. Deposited 11.78 euro and can't withdraw can't send. Nothing works. Support is just a bot that's useless. Now they say my 11.78 euro is locked for 3 days. Just let me withdraw my money now, and I never want to see this app ever again. Username Leda.

Kraken might be a CEX with the slowest KYC approval time, 5 days and still pending, saw a reddit post saying they're still in pending status after 21 days. Unlike other CEX, kraken doesn't tell the exact maximum KYC time needed, so I guess even if it took 30 days or even more, that's still normal for kraken. I'm not going to recommend this CEX, since KYC is already so slow, it automatically makes me thing that other things most probably will be slow too 🥴
