I love Crisp, I've used it for years, and it's great to see you release a mobile app. Here is a feature request since you've added a mobile app - implement an option for automatic phone call recording. And of course, the long overdue option to support multiple calendars (or to read the calendars on desktop or mobile apps like Outlook. Keep up the great work!

Crisp performs excellently for medical tutorial transcription, especially because of its superior noise-cancelling ability, but it is important double-check medical terminology for accuracy.
★★★★★Leon Kwang· Mar 1, 2026
I knew of Crisp from way back when it blocked out background noise in video meetings, now it does a better job taking meeting notes than most big brands (I won't mention)

Excited by the new App, but it won't stay open. Crashes after 10 seconds of being open, can't do anything with it.

Save to Clipboard features do not work. It allowed me to save a transcript text once when I first started using the app about a month ago, now almost none of the little save to clipboard icons do anything but flash up a little notification, but nothing actually saves. I can successfully record meetings, and the app is great at summarizing the recordings, but I can only click into each bulleted section of text in the Key Points tab to copy small snippets of text one at a time, takes too long.

Simply doesn't work. Asks for permissions to calendar every time you open it and to download and store your contacts. Recording is a nightmare and stops working every time I end the recording, refusing to upload or work. I would not recommend this app if you're looking for noise cancelation for your microphone.

The app is unstable and closing on its own. Not sure if it can be turned on to transcribe meetings like the desktop one automatically does it
★☆☆☆☆Jacob A Miller· Sep 19, 2025
Unreliable but good when it works - I have tried using for a week for many in person meeting was successful 30% of the time. The app is not reliable at all, cannot trust for anything important since you have no idea if you will get meeting recording or if you will open the app after the meeting and find there is no recording
