Updating my review again bc I love kroger and this app. But the coupon section constantly has bugs, it will say "no item available for this coupon" on every single item, also ive had trouble with items adding, or sometimes the item adds twice. If these bugs could be fixed it would be perfect. I've reinstalled the app multiple times.

This app has gotten better over the past 5 years. Saves us a lot of money. 2/6/25. The recent updates to the app are useful and convenient. However, they have affected clipping coupons. Coupons do not show and cannot be clipped. I don't know what has happened. I have to go outside of app to find and clip coupons. Update, 2/7/25. I followed advice from other reviews and uninstalled then reinstalled app. Something l have never done in almost 20 years of using this app. It's working again.

Using this app is so frustrating. Almost impossible to clip coupons. I don't even bother doing pick up orders anymore because making the list takes forever, and then I find random items are deleted. Also, constantly signs me out. The only reason I keep trying to use it is that Kroger is the closet grocery store to my house.

The most recent app update has screwed up this app. I can't use any of the digital coupons. I even deleted and re-installed this app today. I like Kroger and normally don't have an issue with the app, but if this keeps up, I will go somewhere else.
