Deeply disappointed in the response that was given in my damaged package. No responsibility was taken over the way the package was packed Items were missing, and I was given a small store credit when a refund should have been given. Really loved you 2 lovely ladies and supported the business for a long time, but I'm sad to say that I don't feel safe ordering from you anymore knowing that it won't be packed with protection if the post office can't trust Take responsibility for that not the post office

Pease use caution ordering from this company. I have been going back and forth on two orders for months. They gave me shop credit, I reordered something else, and then it's never sent or a shipping label is created and that's the last of it. I have emailed asking for a full refund for the last order because again, the shipping label was created and nothing has gone out. They are now not answer me, and I am out almost $200.

First time I shopped here waited 2 months for 1 item. A few orders later I was sent a 30% off coupon code, so I went to place a large jewelry order. Well they preauthorized a sports bra I had on waitlist & the system used the coupon. I reached out to their fb assistant. She made my cart time for 3 days to fix it. Well 5 days later I reached out & she said that the code couldn't be reactivated. So I had to dump items. I go to check on my order they blocked me for dumping items. Never shop here!
