★★☆☆☆ Impossible to cancel. Can't do it from the app. There is a timeline to cancel and no one responds when you reach out, for several days. Terrible customer service.

★★☆☆☆ Why am I forced to register? This must be optional, I was at an event and want to see the shared images without forced registration!!!

★★☆☆☆ Why can't you access the photos from a QR code after the event? I took a picture of the QR code because it required downloading an app and a million steps. The event was a wedding with a long line behind us, there was no Wi-Fi, and people were too tipsy to fidget with their phones. We wanted to socialize, not mess around with this. I downloaded the app the next morning only for it to say you have to be in close physical proximity to get the pictures. Really bad design.
