HOW TO PLAY You get five letters each turn and one minute to place them in the shared crossword. While I mostly like playing the game, it often cheats me out of the rewards that are promised. For instance, it will say that I have like several hours to start 10 new games with friends, so I do as it says and after being "out" those 10 boards I do not get the reward promised. I tried going to the "help and support" link, but it does not work. I am done spending money on this game! <<<<<>>>>> The Kryss support team has made the problem right and awarded me the reward as was due. THX!

My games won't load sometimes. I click on an in-progress game, and I just get a spinning circle. Sometimes watching my daily games ads will get things moving but more often than not, I have to keep closing and restarting. I think it might be the challenge items at the top making the game "get stuck". Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't help either.

Fun once you learn it but way too many and too long to wait through ads. Possibly the worst I have seen. Game is good, but not good enough to wait for 8 minutes of ads to play next round.
