This app won't ever let me log in correctly. I try to log in, and it tells me to enter my number, so I do, and then it says the number is already registered. I've tried multiple things. Definitely frustrating.

Horrible App/Customer Service. I accidentally ordered from the wrong location via app. I tried to cancel but the app would not let me. It told me I needed to drive to the store where I placed the order which was 89 miles away so that was not an option. I tried to call the store to cancel my order & got a funny busy signal for days so was unable to cancel. I emailed support twice through the app and got no response. I hope they enjoy the money they stole from me. 100% done w/Krystal after this.

First drove across town because the one near us was closed. Spent over 40. 12 cheese Krystal 2 chili cheese fries 1 large coke i medium lemonade 2 apple turnovers 3 corn dogs. No corn dogs no apple turnovers Krystal all smashed down old chili fries put in bag going up and down chili ran out containers we got 2 large coke no lemonade called the guy says come back up here they didn't put in bag.
