Horrible App/Customer Service. I accidentally ordered from the wrong location via app. I tried to cancel but the app would not let me. It told me I needed to drive to the store where I placed the order which was 89 miles away so that was not an option. I tried to call the store to cancel my order & got a funny busy signal for days so was unable to cancel. I emailed support twice through the app and got no response. I hope they enjoy the money they stole from me. 100% done w/Krystal after this.

First drove across town because the one near us was closed. Spent over 40. 12 cheese Krystal 2 chili cheese fries 1 large coke i medium lemonade 2 apple turnovers 3 corn dogs. No corn dogs no apple turnovers Krystal all smashed down old chili fries put in bag going up and down chili ran out containers we got 2 large coke no lemonade called the guy says come back up here they didn't put in bag.

DO NOT USE! I chose my local store, and it changed the store number to a different state. Tried to call to cancel, phone is ALWAYS busy. Tried to contact corporate, get sent back to this awful app. I think this may be some type of scam to steal money. Most restaurants don't charge your car till you say you're there, but these people took my money, and then I had to pay again to actually get the food. It sounds like stealing. And you can't reach anyone to get it fixed. I have emailed to no avail.
