Overpriced much. I can't believe people still eat at Krystal with those prices for such little amount of food. This company is insane. Dave your money and just eat at a sit down restaurant. It's a lot cheaper. 1/24/26 I tried to give it another chance and its even worse now.

Horrible App/Customer Service. I accidentally ordered from the wrong location via app. I tried to cancel but the app would not let me. It told me I needed to drive to the store where I placed the order which was 89 miles away so that was not an option. I tried to call the store to cancel my order & got a funny busy signal for days so was unable to cancel. I emailed support twice through the app and got no response. I hope they enjoy the money they stole from me. 100% done w/Krystal after this.
