The app refuses to find my battery. Polinovel, which I used before KS energy brought out this app, works perfectly, so it's nothing to do with the battery.

Used KS Energy 2.0 on my Samsung A9 which worked very well. Now on my new Samsung A13 there is only KS Energy 1.0 available in the Play Store to download, and it won't connect to my battery.
