हेल्लो कामना! हाल Kamala Mobile app मा रहेको Statement tab सुधार गर्नुपर्छ। Interface मा रहेको अंक र रकमले किन र कसले ट्रान्ज्याक्सन गर्यो भन्ने बुझ्न गाह्रो हुन्छ। कृपया Esewa जस्तै स्पष्ट विवरण देखिने गरी इन्टरफेस सुधार गर्नुहोस्। Hello Kamala! The statement tab in current mobile app needs improvement. The current plain numbers and amounts make it hard to understand who made the transaction and why. Please update the interface so each transaction is clearly readable like in Esewa.

This is the worst mobile banking app in Nepal. There is a code reset option in the app, but when I try to use it, I'm told I have to visit a branch to reset my password or PIN. If I still have to go to a branch, then why even include the reset option in the app? It's not customer-friendly at all. They deduct service charges whenever they want without the customer’s permission, but when a customer needs to change their password or PIN, they insist on a branch visit

Absolutely useless app! Trying to log in on a new phone, but I NEVER receive the OTP code! Every other bank app works smoothly without any issues, but Kamala Sewa's app is a complete failure. How are customers supposed to access their own money if you can't even send a simple SMS code? The technical team needs to wake up and fix this terrible OTP system immediately. Extremely frustrating and worst user experience ever!
