हेल्लो कामना! हाल Kamala Mobile app मा रहेको Statement tab सुधार गर्नुपर्छ। Interface मा रहेको अंक र रकमले किन र कसले ट्रान्ज्याक्सन गर्यो भन्ने बुझ्न गाह्रो हुन्छ। कृपया Esewa जस्तै स्पष्ट विवरण देखिने गरी इन्टरफेस सुधार गर्नुहोस्। Hello Kamala! The statement tab in current mobile app needs improvement. The current plain numbers and amounts make it hard to understand who made the transaction and why. Please update the interface so each transaction is clearly readable like in Esewa.

In other banks, mbl banking, we can activate and make transactions without filling form. But in Kamala, we need to personally go to the bank and fill out the form, and the customer service is worse here. And other things is that if we need to go to the bank, then why is there an option to activate mbl banking in the app.

This is the worst mobile banking app in Nepal. There is a code reset option in the app, but when I try to use it, I'm told I have to visit a branch to reset my password or PIN. If I still have to go to a branch, then why even include the reset option in the app? It's not customer-friendly at all. They deduct service charges whenever they want without the customer’s permission, but when a customer needs to change their password or PIN, they insist on a branch visit

This app is extremely frustrating. OTP doesn’t arrive when logging in from a new phone, even though my internet works and other banking apps function normally. I also can’t reset my PIN without entering the old PIN, and I’m told to visit the bank if I forget it. What’s the point of mobile banking if basic issues still require a bank visit? Please fix the OTP, login, and PIN reset system.

• View your account balances and last 5 transaction statements.
• Transfer funds between your applicable Kamana Sewa bank accounts.
• Transfer funds to another bank account associated with fonepay networks.
• Pay bills to utilities like Postpaid, NTC Landline, and Credit Cards.
• Direct Top-up to NTC Prepaid, Postpaid, ADSL, Ncell Prepaid, Ncell Postpaid, DishHome and Simtv accounts.
• Recharge Vouchers for NTC prepaid, NTC CDMA, Broad-link, Smart Cell and Dish-home.
• Locate Branches, ATM's and Merchants with its route navigation.
