The statement tab in current mobile app needs improvement. The current plain numbers and amounts make it hard to understand who made the transaction and why. Please update the interface so each transaction is clearly readable like in Esewa.

This is the worst mobile banking app in Nepal. There is a code reset option in the app, but when I try to use it, I'm told I have to visit a branch to reset my password or PIN. If I still have to go to a branch, then why even include the reset option in the app? It's not customer-friendly at all. They deduct service charges whenever they want without the customer’s permission, but when a customer needs to change their password or PIN, they insist on a branch visit

WORST BANKING EXPERIENCE!! They don't respond email. They are not professional in their business. Recently I have one use case where I request statement for last 6 months, and they send it after 3 days on email with Excel sheet, seriously Excel sheet. I don't know how I show that Excel sheet as a proof of my account ownership to anyone without being my name, address and account basic details mentioned in it.

Fully Dissatisfied with this KSBBL MOBILE Banking Application. It is not working properly and the customer care number of KSBBL is not also receiving any calls. I am hating this bank nowadays. So kindly fix these problems as all customers are facing problems while doing login and doing transactions.
