Keeps on saying invalid login credentials even after requesting a new password, and it doesn't lock the account after several wrong passwords trial

Poor customer support, I suggest finding another broker. Because KSL don't even pick up calls, and you will have to wait a whole day to get feedback or your payout! If you need to get broker, find the support contacts and reach out to see if they respond. If not find another broker before you even start trading
