It signs me out all the time and the past few weeks it's saying I need to update the app and when I click on it, I press open, and then it will let me go online.

Worse app I have ever downloaded never lets me log in always has an error code 9999 how am I supposed to know what is happening with my daughter if the app is always in error mode seriously consider doing something to fix this problem it's not a laughing matter my child is in your care. 0 out 5
