Nice restaurant environment. Good service from the girl cashier. The breakfast steak had a good overall taste, but unfortunately it was a little dry. The plating could also be improved. A larger plate would be much more suitable, as it would give enough space to cut and enjoy the steak and side comfortably.

The delivery process is consistently frustrating. There is often almost a one-hour gap between “Ready to Deliver” and “Out for Delivery,” even though the restaurant handles the delivery directly. By the time the order arrives, the food is usually late and no longer at the right temperature. This has happened repeatedly. The restaurant needs to improve its delivery timing and make the order status more accurate.

The restaurant is good but the sink and bathroom are a complete disaster. Why in the world would you install ONE sink in the entire restaurant for men, and it's the bathroom sink are you for real? Would it have been too much to install multiple bathrooms and separate sinks outside the bathrooms and make a sink room while the bathrooms has their own sink. (This review is directed at the manatee branch)
