I am at Shaqra Branch, its 5:41pm. The person taking order at reception is the worst person I have ever met, U can see in the cctv camera footage from 5:30pm onwards, He shouted at customers saying get out from here. The reason was many customers were there! that's it. You will see everything youself in camera footage. 25th March 2026 Time 5:25pm to 5:40 p.m

The delivery process is consistently frustrating. There is often almost a one-hour gap between “Ready to Deliver” and “Out for Delivery,” even though the restaurant handles the delivery directly. By the time the order arrives, the food is usually late and no longer at the right temperature. This has happened repeatedly. The restaurant needs to improve its delivery timing and make the order status more accurate.

They miss up the order like I select water and ends with Pepsi instead, delivery time is too long from 60 minutes to 90 minutes while the app states delivery within 45 minutes also the delivery tracking does not work. You are served better via other home delivery apps

I hate it so much he will do offer buy anything 30 riyal that was free my friends do it's confirmed, but I do every time coming internel server isn't responding 1.30 hour I try but every time-server not responding I hate you kudzu if kudzu give me free treat after treat I love you kudzu if you don't give me offer or treat I hate you
