Can't log in "No Matching Guests". Then, when I try to create a brand-new rewards account, "This email and phone already in use". FFS what a shitshow

I updated the app and have been unable to log in. I have tried password reset, not getting an email to reset the password. I am getting emails for weekly offers. I called customer support. They sent a link for password reset email, haven't received it. I have worked IT support for years, so know what to try.
