Kurbo by WW (Weight Watchers)

★★★★★ This app is fantastic! Not only does it help you make healthier choices, it also helps you to realise how much you eat. I lost 20 pounds in two months just because I wasnt eating as much.

★★★★★ The kurbo app has helped me make better eating choices i went from eating around 32 junk foods(red lights) a day to now eating (usually) below 10 junk foods a day. I now drink lots of water aswell instead of just drinking juice. The only complaint i have is that some foods arent listed on the app ( for example whole grain bread) & i also lost 6 pounds with this app. Im hoping that i lose more pounds,become healthier,make healthier food choices & learn self control when it comes to food choices.

★★☆☆☆ Please, please, do not teach children about food like this. This app leads children to view food as "good" or "bad" instead of viewing food as a source of nutrients and energy. Focusing on pounds lost instead of health in weight loss is incredibly harmful to children who shouldn't even have to be worried about such things as weight at their age unless their doctor tells them otherwise. It's a very slippery slope to disordered eating and health problems for the rest of their lives.

★★☆☆☆ Disgusting! This seems like the fastest way to develop an eating disorder in your child. Diets don't work long term, and the people at WW know this, but they're trying to get people hooked early and hooked for life on their products.

★★☆☆☆ This shouldn't be an app. We are teaching our kids damaging habits around food and body image. We are litteraly creating eating disorders in our children
