Worst experience. Go for sleep well instead of this. My kurlon mattress got shagged in 6 months. I raised complaint no. 1915669, but they denied replacing it. Then what is the farce of guarantee of 2 years ? I will never purchase any Kurlon product.

Pathetic service and experience! We ordered a mattress of kurlon through a 2 z bed and bath shop of Dadar. Due to some issues, we had to change the dimensions of the product. We informed the shop immediately about the changes, and they informed it to Kurl on team. I was assured that product will be received as per updated changes. When I received product, it was in the wrong dimensions. Customer care team is not even replying to the complaint.
