a validation by pin code. Why does Kutxa Bank not have this as a standard
feature like the rest of the banks?

Had no problems until now; as I'm at present still awaiting reimbursement of 2 direct debits taken by them in error from my account! Alerted them to the error over 2 weeks ago, the money taken has still not reappeared into my account. Not happy! Sorry! The App works but annoyingly starts in English then when I go into my account it turns back into Spanish, which is not helpful. All in English please!

The poorest user interface I've ever seen! Unintuitive, full of ads, security measures break UX, closes session randomly in the middle of using the app... Not only this bank has the worst young people's account I've ever seen, but the worst app too!

Android 10 breaks this app, and my online access. Do not use the app with android 10. I've had to replace my bank card twice now.
