For all those who can't connect the headphone to the app, ensure your location and Bluetooth are enabled. It should connect. The firmware update takes quite some time. Regards:)

This app is simply amazing, first app that lets you customize the sound with Bluetooth headphones!! Only one problem, the app had an update and after that? The app cannot find my A9/600s anymore, don't know if the problem is in my phone, headphones or in the app itself, but I cannot find ANY help online or in your website. Please fix this if the problem is on your end, will turn this into a 5-star-rating if you can fix the connection problem. Thanks!!

Shame loved the new cans app works with IOS but huge pairing letdown on Android (Developer issue not Droid) That said 🤔 Fortunately I have power amp pro (Still best $5 I everspent❤💗🙏) and their Equalizer more than makes up for the letdown. To App Dev with the price you charge, real disappointment 😞 dropping the ball on the Software end. Sad really as the Cans are super comfy and have a nice range. IMHO Power amp best replacement 👏🙏💗 Bonus Their Devs Respond and assist PDQ 🎖 BE WELL❤
