Good afternoon I have been a fan of the LA Lakers for years the App isn't working properly at all & Bad buggy because I Haven't been getting notifications - even before tonight's game when I have them their on (I get No notifications at all!) from the start, End of quarter to 3rd quarter End 4th & game ended with the final score. Don't know what's going on please fix all notifications going out this app need to be fixed, so I get notifications nothing is happening

Audio stream of the game does NOT stop even when you choose stop, even when you close the app, even when you close all apps!! Had to force close the app. Also, while it is playing the audio randomly stops, and I have to manually restart the audio in the app.
★☆☆☆☆Paul Nelson· Dec 2, 2025
Does not work! When I open the 12 app I get a screen that forces me to accept nearby location, so it can show me notification. I cannot get past that screen to access my tickets! Prior review: The size of this app is excessive for what it needs to do. I am a season ticket holder, why cannot I have this ad-free. I must use this app to enter the stadium, and I am forced to use an ad-filled bloated app with security issues.

What happened to the box score? I want to be able to see all players' stats, not just the top performers.
★☆☆☆☆Joe Nilsestuen· Oct 13, 2023
I just want to get to my tickets. But it crashes all the time, and I end up having to go through a web browser. I wish they'd remove all the junk, or just have a simple app that works all the time, so you can get into the game stress-free.
