You're trying to find which way the bus goes the thing going east or west or north or south it doesn't say that no more you used to say East and West now it doesn't say it I wish they would put the east and west back on the where they put the bus numbers to see like what the schedule is other than

Bus driver doesn't know what bus to transfer to. The ambassadors are a joke, you tell them about problems they send you elsewhere even police matters. They stand around at stations, & sit on buses & talk to other ambassadors 3 or more. They need to be fired now & replaced by security or more Police. After attempted robbery I stopped was told they couldn't call police & told to go find police. Told that's not his job to report police matters or knowledge of metro or train destinations.

This application is useless. When I use Trip planner it doesn't save the address to and from destination.

App is automatically crashing whenever I open it. I've tried reinstalling & making sure it's up-to-date but still crashes without opening.

Edi 4/28/26 - this last update to the app is a mess. The app no longer opens to the map screen & now you have to look for you bus line instead of the map showing the nearest bust stops in your current area. Not worth the time! There's another transit app that shows all available lines in your area & includes non-metro lines as well. I would rather use that app then this one. Hope this app gets a better update than what currently available. Dropping from 3 stars to one for this app! Bye!
