Need to add a way for retired law enforcement upload commission in place of concealed carry.

I love this app, it will update in real time your information. For an example, at this very moment that I'm writing this, I am waiting on the physical copy for my concealer permit BUT it's already updated on LA wallet with the new expiration date. The only thing I wish that LA wallet would do is link up with vehicle insurance companies, so you can have your up-to-date vehicle insurance information right there on hand. That would change my four stars to five!

It is good to have for airports and medical dispensaries because my driver's license won't scan. It just sucks that it doesn't notify me to update when I get the "This is embarrassing...try again..." instead of "Update". Also, good to have for my Concealer & Carry permit and Fishing License instead of carrying a purse.

Why no longer allow fingerprint to open? Trend Micro says LA Wallet "Unsafe." Vaccine records are handy on phone. Can't ever get it to show my Medicaid Health Plan Card, either original or company's. Can't scan up cards to app. This seems like wasted space, mostly. Some interesting links in menu, including Help & Faqs. No freezing problems. No ads. Also stores Driver License/State ID; LDWF license; "My Vehicles"

I do not like the fact that I now have to set a passcode or some sort of security measure for my phone's lock screen to unlock my phone when the LA Wallet app could simply please set to use its own passkey instead of my phone's as I do not have time to punch in face recognition or hit a passkey or whatever I would rather just swipe the screen unlock my phone and use a passkey on the La app alone you are forcing us to do this fix it, or I will uninstall the app and go back to my physical IDs

Works fine on old phone with version 2.4.xxx or whatever, but install on ne phone with most recent version, and try to log in, app crashes every time enter email and password and hit login. It's been doing that for months, haven't been able to use on new phone since got it at Christmas, and It's March now.

Everything was great, but now they won't let me use it unless I add a password to my screen lock. I'm not some slime that has to worry about my phone being accessed maliciously. Absolute donkey turds of a change. Immediate uninstallation.

Update, since the recent update the app wants you to turn on lock screen security on the phone and then login to the app as well I'm not doing it when they disable this feature I will start to use the app again. Louisiana this is not a good thing.👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

LA Wallet will allow you to keep a digital representation of your current Louisiana-issued state ID or driver's license. The app will generate a unique image that is 100% Legal for driving purposes per Louisiana law of Act 625 of the 2016 session and approved by the Louisiana ATC for age-restricted purchases at various local restaurants, bars, and retail outlets. Once a user activates their current, valid license in LA Wallet, the digital driver’s license is valid for the life of the user’s current identity credential issuance. When the user’s physical license expires, they must renew their license with the OMV or through the LA Wallet app, if eligible. Additionally, LA Wallet offers the paid service VerifyYou™ Pro, an age-verification tool that helps keep businesses ATC compliant when offering home delivery of age-restricted goods.
