Ladder Game is a free ladder-style decision maker — also known as Ghost Leg or Amidakuji. Assign your players to outcomes through a randomized ladder and let chance decide. Who buys lunch? Who goes first? Who wins the prize? Settle it fairly in seconds.

Tap a player at the top, watch the line wind down the ladder, and discover their result at the bottom. It's the classic fair-draw game you can play anywhere — no paper, no pens, no arguments.

• Add 2–10 players and set any outcomes you like (prizes, penalties, chores, names).
• Tap a player to slide down the ladder one by one, or reveal everyone at once.
• Every run shuffles a brand-new random ladder, so results are always fair.
