Seriously the best fertility awareness app, even better than charting by hand and laying things out the way I want. Everything is there, it's so easy to enter information, and it's cute AND rated high for accuracy. NFP is always our only go-to in our marriage, and this makes it super simple. I especially love that it has in-app explanations of calculations, charts, and fertility awareness in general. I LOVE IT!

I downloaded several apps for NFP and this has been the best (and it's free!). I almost paid for a subscription to natural cycles and am glad I waited to test them both out at the same time. I put all the same information in both apps and lady cycle accurately determined when my period would start and was only a day off estimating an ovulation date. I've researched how symptothermal methods work, and could see the program utilizing the same methods, including advising to abstain from sex the three days after your temperature spikes. I'm only about two months in, but very pleased as someone with regular cycles trying to use NFP to avoid pregnancy. A couple of negatives...1) the design, the woman silhouette put me off at first, I really liked the simple, clean design of natural cycles. Worth it though, because it works. 2) most importantly, I haven't found a way to share the app with my husband. I really liked that natural cycles had a log in, so he could've downloaded it too and followed through my account.

The app doesn't indicate fertile days and doesn't predict ovulation or even confirm my ovulation when it's very clear from temperature/mucus data...

I'm in between of not liking it, and it's ok.... I don't like the layout... I don't like how you have to continually go back to the calendar to add your period days... I don't like how it makes you do a check Mark twice after adding in info.... I don't like that you can't track when you've had sex... ok.... maybe I just don't like it

It's a shame that a comprehensive app with so much potential has an interface that is clunky, outdated and difficult to navigate. To be fair, I have similar negative observations about even popular apps like Fertility Friend, though Lady Cycle could be much superior thanks to its adherence to highly efficient Sensible rules (a rarity, especially on Android), and I would be using it right now if it wasn't for the unfortunate design. I keep installing it and trying to adjust because it's a diamond in the rough, but I just cannot get past it. Going to keep checking and hoping it all gets simpler, cleaner and more streamlined. Until then, Kindara and Overview are the best compromises for me.
