The lady provided to me for my service was good. But after my mother-in-law had a full face threading her full face got cut. Yesterday it was not visible on her face after the service, but today the cut is visible in her whole face. She is 68 years old, and it is not acceptable at all from a trained person. I am really not happy and very disappointed. Her skin was burning like hell...

Extremely disappointing experience with the Lady Fair app. The beautician, Shweta SABENA, was highly unprofessional. Waxing was poorly done with visible hair left behind. Threading was rushed in barely a minute with no proper shape, and the cleanup was finished in just 10 minutes without care. The entire service felt hurried and below basic standards. Also, my booking still shows active and no OTP was taken, which raises serious concerns. Overall, one of the worst experiences. Not recommended

Ye platform पूरी तरह से misleading aur unprofessional hai. Inka Kama sirf logon ko thagna (scam karna) hai. Pehle ye bade-bade Wade karte hain aur fake advertisements ke zariye aapko falcate hain, Lenin ek baar paise den eke baad inka asli chehra samne aata hai. Misleading Claims: Jo service ya results ye dikhaate hain, reality mein uska 1% bhi nahi milta. Sab kuch scripted aur fake hai. Unprofessional Behavior: Customer support toh bhul hi Jaime. Response mango toh badtameezi karte hain
