★★★★★ It is a wonderful app, but there are times when it will only recognize my fingerprint for a few days sometimes even weeks and I can't just type in my password either it won't log in with it and if during that time my fingerprint does its like yearly reset I can't get into my bank account till it will take my password again. Once again this is probably unique to me so if you don't have that problem like I do its is a 5/5 app for me because it is simple and to the point once you log in

★★★★★ I just had to download the revised app, and it has a significant flaw. Pay my billers and payment activity provide the same function, which is payment activity. So now I am not able to set up payments to other billers that don't show up in the To-Do function.

★★☆☆☆ The ap is technically an upgrade, but it's down all the time. It's down right now as I'm typing this. It's at least the 3rd time in as many weeks that it's been down for technical issues. That's just what I know of. If it goes on a very long streak of this ap working properly, I'll upgrade this rating to 4 stars. It just feels like a banking ap should be one of the most reliable apps not the least reliable

★★☆☆☆ Since this app was updated, about every 3 to 4 times I log in, the app ceases to function. I get a frozen blank screen. Sometimes I see my balances before this happens. Once it freezes, I cannot log in again. I have to uninstall the app, power off my phone, & reinstall it. Then sometimes even that doesn't clear it. I frequently have to log in on my computer, & that seems to correct the problem. This has happened over 20 times. What a pain! Very disappointing since when it works, it seems great.

★★☆☆☆ Does this not work for business banking customers? I can't log into the app. I can log in online via web browser. I'm not sure if this is an app glitch or if app access no longer exists for businesses post merger.
