Very easy to navigate and use. I need not worry about visiting a Lakeland store and forgetting my vouchers ever again, as the Malakand vouchers are now shown in the app. Love the recipe section! Nice weekly word puzzle too.

Impossible to register; impossible to use. It says you can sign on with your Lakeland card, but then you have to hand over your phone number and create a password, so that's a lie. The app tells you if both the password fields match, so you can tell if you've got them right, & it ticks off the complexity criteria as you type, but, But, BUT!… Even after taking care the passwords are complex & match, pressing 'Complete' after this does NOTHING. Absolute shambles! 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️

Poor experience on app. The items choosen do not show up details. Only button click that works is adding an item or removing an item. Also, the is extremely slow to open.

Not good - it didn't pick up my My Lakeland account from my email and there is nowhere obvious where I can tell it to link the number from my card. Pretty bad experience and useless APP for me, as I only downloaded the App so that I could have my vouchers and offers available. It treats me like an unknown customer :(
