★★★★★ Simple, user-friendly. You really don't need to have something overcomplicated when doing your banking. This app is straightforward.

★★★★★ Lets me deposit checks, check balances, has instant alerts. Had to re-upload the app because it wouldn't take checks at first. Make sure to write on the back of the check "For mobile deposit at LFCU" or they will not accept it.

★★☆☆☆ Keeps crashing every few weeks.very frustrating...2nd week waiting for contact from lcu 9n phone app issue still no response

★★☆☆☆ Normally worked good but past few weeks haven't been able to in. It's saying call for assistance but won't give me a number to call

★★☆☆☆ The app previously worked well to check my balance, transfer funds easily between my accounts and do mobile deposits. Recently there have been a lot of glitches in the app where I open the app, but it freezes and will not allow me to sign in unless I restart my phone.

★★☆☆☆ The dates for when your monies will be pulled and paid out in the bill pay portion are backwards the only history you have is to look at your statement there are just a lot of things that need attention that don't get any attention!
