Description

È il 1976 quando Vittoria Esposito apre la sua pizzeria ad Ostia. Dedizione, qualità delle materie prime e tanta passione sono da subito gli ingredienti che contraddistinguono le pizze della famiglia Esposito al punto di diventare una vera istituzione nel litorale romano.

Oggi Alessandro porta avanti la tradizione di famiglia e continua il lavoro di suo padre Romolo, dello zio Luigi e della nonna Vittoria, rinnovando l’offerta e garantendo l’elevata qualità di sempre.

Sceglie le materie prime in base alla stagione e alla loro reperibilità sul mercato, usa le farine di un tempo accogliendo l'esempio e la semplicità che hanno caratterizzato l'esperienza della famiglia. Si rinnova trasformando L'altro Romolo, un locale di soli 90 mq, in un apprezzato regno della buona cucina, con consegne a domicilio, asporto, pranzetti e cene, aperto tutti i giorni.

Nel mese di giugno 2017, Alessandro Esposito insieme a Carlo Magni (noto sul litorale per L'aperitivo del Merendero), apre al centro nella sua amata Ostia, l’antica pizzeria rilevata dalla famiglia Gruppo: una nuova sfida da portare avanti con entusiasmo e passione.

Due locali per pizze e piatti che continuano a soddisfare i gusti e le esigenze dei clienti: Romolo Al Centro e L'altro Romolo.
