Land Gorilla for Inspectors

Put your inspection company to work.

You pick the work. Manage orders, complete inspections, and submit reports — all in one place, on any device.

Land Gorilla for Inspectors is the field app behind the construction-loan platform banks, credit unions, and IMBs already run on. Any app can hold a form. This one checks the ground.

Manage your orders

Orders arrive with property, product, POC, dates, and more. Accept what you want and track it through to completion.

Schedule and confirm delivery

Pick your company's completion date — it goes direct to the client to keep all parties synced. Contact the point of contact through your preferred method by call or text right from the order.

Work offline, anywhere

Full capture with no signal. Photos queue on the device and upload themselves when you're back in range, and sync status tells you exactly what's still in flight.

Still like paper? Let AI do the typing

Filled out the printable inspection form on site? Photograph or upload it and Intelligent Document Processing reads your percentages and comments and pre-fills them onto the report — you confirm instead of re-keying. Everything it returns is a suggestion you review and edit before submitting.

Build the report on site

Access your assignment requirements, budgets, and change orders with a few clicks. Perform your analysis directly within the app, dictate comments, or apply commonly used phrases from your comment library.

Submit clean the first time

Your agreed upon assignment requirements gate the submission. Catch missing items in real time and avoid revision requests, then certify and submit for quality control review.
